Within Teamwork CRM, a lead can progress to become an opportunity once it has been qualified.

To mark a lead as qualified, you can drag and drop the lead card from the associated pipeline stage within the Leads area. Once you start moving the lead, an additional menu will appear along the top.

Drag and drop your lead onto the Qualified field to the top right of the pipeline.

Alternatively, you can mark a lead as qualified when viewing the lead itself. From the lead details view, select the green Qualified button.

Marking a lead as qualified via either method will trigger a Qualify lead modal to open. This allows you to select a new opportunities pipeline to move the qualified lead to, as well as a corresponding stage.
