Within Teamwork CRM, leads can either be lost or qualified into an opportunity.
To mark a lead as lost, you can drag and drop the lead from the pipeline stage. Once you have started moving your lead, a menu will appear along the top.
Drag and drop your lead into the lost field at the top of the Leads area.
You can also mark a lead as lost from when viewing the lead itself. From the lead’s details view, select the red Lost button.
Both options will trigger a Mark as lost modal to open. This allows you to provide a lost reason and description, along with any custom fields you have set.
