Import2 is a third-party solution
that assists in app to app
imports, imports via CSV, and exporting
data to populate and extract information
between your tools.
In order to use Import2
imports and exports, you must have an Import2 account.

Within Teamwork CRM, you can connect
your site to the Import2 tool and import your
data from other CRM platforms.
Logging in to Import2
You can connect your Teamwork CRM
account to Import2 by directly logging in to
the Import2 platform via this link.
Once selected, you will be prompted
to log in to your Import2 account. Account
options here
include Google, Facebook, or email
address.
If you do not have an existing
Import2 account, selecting the Google or
Facebook options will create an account
for
you. Choosing Continue with email will
allow you to provide an email address and
password
for your account.
Once successfully connected, you
will be presented with the Import2
dashboard.
You can choose App to App import, CSV
import,
or Export via CSV from your
site.
Connecting to Import2 via
Teamwork CRM
While logged in to your Teamwork CRM site,
click your profile
icon in the top right and select Settings from the
dropdown menu.
In the settings area, select Import from the left navigation
menu.
In the Import area, go to the Import your data section and click
the Import button.
During the import process, you will be able
to import sample data from an alternative app
or platform.
- Step 1 - From: Select the source
app you would like to use to populate the
import.
- Step 2 - Source Data: Connect to
the selected app via the authentication
method shown and click Grant
Permissions at the bottom of
the column to authorize access to your
third-party app.
- Step 3 - To: Click Grant
Permissions to authorize your data
import.
