Within Teamwork CRM, you can view previous and current import attempts via your import history. 

To view your import history, click your profile icon in the top right corner of your site and select Settings from the dropdown menu.

In the settings area, select the Import tab from the left navigation pane.

Your import history can be viewed by selecting the History tab at the top of the import section. All past and current import attempts will be listed within the import history.

Import statuses include:

  • In Progress - Currently processing import
  • Completed - Import has processed and completed
  • Failed - The import has been unsuccessful
Both completed and failed imports will provide a Show Details option, to the right of the import information. This will provide details of the numbers of rows processed and skipped.




Show Details will also allow you to download an error report.
