Within Teamwork CRM, you can view previous and current import attempts via your import history. 

  1. Click your profile icon in Teamwork CRM's main navigation menu.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Switch to Import from the left navigation panel.

  4. Selecting the History tab.

All past and current import attempts will be listed within the import history.

Import statuses include:
  • In Progress - Currently processing import
  • Completed - Import has processed and completed
  • Failed - The import has been unsuccessful

Both completed and failed imports provide a Show Details option detailing the number of rows processed and skipped. You can also download an error report.
