Within Teamwork CRM, you can export custom leads information or details of all active leads on your site via CSV.
To export a custom selection of leads, select Leads from the main navigation bar.
The export function is available in list view only. You can switch to list view using the display options in the top right-hand corner of the Leads area.
Your custom export will be based on any of the following:
- The chosen pipeline
- Columns currently selected (including custom fields if selected)
- Current filter in place (includes custom filters)
Click the options button (three dots) in the top right-hand corner and select Export data from the dropdown menu.
You will be taken to the export history area of the site settings. An alert will be displayed in the bottom right hand corner to let you know you export has started.
Once your export is complete, it will be listed within the history section along with the details of the export.
Click Download to download a CSV export. Details of the export include:
- The item exported
- Pipeline or filter name (at the time of the export)
- Sort in place
- Date
- User
- Size
- ID
- Validity
To refresh the export history, use the refresh button in the top right hand corner.
Exporting all leads
The site level export is based on default columns which are not customizable.
Note: Deleted leads will not be included in the export.
To export all leads on your site, click Settings from your profile dropdown menu.
Select the Export tab from the left navigation menu.
In the Export area, you will see a Leads panel. Click the Export button to download a CSV of all leads on your site.
