Within Teamwork CRM, you can view all of your site's contacts via the site-level Contacts area.
To view your contacts, select People from the navigation menu and choose Contacts from the dropdown.
Existing contacts will be displayed in a list view with a total contact count at the top.
There are also options to:
- Add a contact
- Filter the contacts list
- Manage the displayed columns
- First and last names will be included in your available columns by default, with further options such as email and next activity date available when managing columns.
To view a contact, select the contact’s first or last name. This will open the contact’s profile view.
Sorting by column
You can also quickly sort by column in the Contacts list view by clicking the column title. This will order the list alphabetically based on the selected column. Click the title again to reverse the order.
