Within Teamwork CRM, you can create contacts for the main points of contact you will be speaking to within the companies you are trying to sell to.

  1. Click People in Teamwork CRM's main navigation menu.
  2. Select Contacts from the dropdown.

  3. Click Add contact in the view's top right.
  4. Enter the person’s required details:
    1. First and last name
    2. Email
    3. Phone number
    4. Owner — associate the contact with one of your site's users.
  5. Enter any additional details you want to provide.
  6. Fill out any relevant contact custom fields (if applicable).
  7. Click Save.
