📣 Upcoming: We are retiring the beta video feature in January 2025 and you will no longer be able to make video calls using Teamwork Chat.

Within Teamwork Chat, you can share your screen with other users on a video call.

Screen sharing is available to both standard users and guest users on your Teamwork Chat account.

Note: Screen sharing is available on dedicated Teamwork Chat Pro subscriptions and above, as well as Teamwork subscriptions with the Teamwork Chat video add-on.

To share your screen, click the screen icon at the bottom of your video call window. 




You will be presented with screen sharing options. These will vary depending on the browser you are using.

  • Chrome and Firefox
    • Full screen (or screen selection when using multiple screens) 
    • Application window
    • Browser tab 
  • Safari
    • Full screen is the only supported option.



Click Share to share your screen with the rest of the call's participants. Each participant's view will be automatically updated to active speaker view while screen sharing is enabled.

To end screen sharing, click the Stop button in the screen sharing toolbar at the top of your screen. 





Note: Only one participant can share their screen at any one time.
