Within Teamwork Chat, you can manage your device preferences for using video calls on your browser and operating system.

When you first launch or join a video call, your camera and microphone will be disabled by default.

You will see the corresponding icons in red at the bottom of the call setup screen before you join.

Once you have joined a call, you can also manage the camera and microphone via the toolbar at the bottom of the call screen.

Clicking the microphone or camera icon should enable the device for the video call provided your browser and operating system are not blocking it.
