Within Teamwork Spaces, you can use the placeholder text widget to add instructional content to a page template.

Placeholder text acts as a temporary guide for what should be added to the page.

When creating a new page template or editing an existing one, you can access the placeholder widget in the template editor.

Place your cursor to the point in your content where you want the placeholder text to go. Click the + to the right of the toolbar at the top of the editor and select Placeholder text from the dropdown.

The custom text will be added to the content area and will appear in light grey with an underline to differentiate it from any regular text on the page.
