top of the comments panel displays each
approver's current decision status: Pending, Needs changes, or Approved.
Upload a
new
version of a proof
As the proof
creator, you can
action reviewer
feedback comments or
approvers' requests
for changes and upload
a
new
version of the proof
for
review.
Versioning is
key (and recommended) when
an approver requests
changes to a proof. You'll be notified
via bell and email notification when
an approver requests changes to your
proof.

main
navigation
menu. If
it's not

you'll find Proofs under the ...More option.
- Click a
proof's name
to
view it in the
proofing
tool. You'll
have
access to
proofs
associated with
projects

member
of.
- Select + Add new version at the bottom of the proof window.
- Choose an item to
upload as the new
version:
- For a File proof: Drag and drop a file from your computer to the upload window or click browse to locate a file.
- For a Link proof: Keep the proof's existing link for the new version or add a new link.
- Click Add new

The new
version of the
proof is
uploaded and notifications are sent to
reviewers and
approvers. You can
switch between
versions by
clicking
the current
version in
the proof view's
bottom left.
📝 Comments are
associated with the version
they were added to. When you switch
versions,
only comments added directly to the
selected
version are visible in the feedback
panel.
Best
practices
- Iterate: As
the proof creator, action
approvers'
requested changes then upload
a new
version of the proof for
subsequent
review.
- Annotate: Once you upload a
version, add annotations and comments
to provide relevant context to
reviewers and approvers about any
changes you made.
