Within Teamwork, you can filter the projects showing within the portfolio view on your site.
Click an individual portfolio board to view it individually.
Click the Filters button in the top right of the board view to open the filters pane.
This button will appear blue when an active filter is in place, or if the filters pane is open.
You can use this to filter your results down to the search term entered.
You can choose to show projects in the portfolio board based only on their current status such as active, current, or late.
Show / Hide Columns
With the show/hide columns option, you can choose which columns to display in the the current portfolio board.
Filter the projects based on the tags associated with them, applying one or multiple tags.
Select the Match all tags option to only display projects that include all of the selected tags.
Filter the chart to only include projects associated with certain companies.
You can also filter to only projects with no project owner set.
- Include deleted users - show deleted users in the project owner dropdown.
You can choose to display projects based on the health of the project(s).
Additional options to filter the portfolio include showing starred projects, hiding projects you are observing, or showing projects where you are a member.
These options will vary depending on your user permissions.
You can choose to save any filter you have created for use at a later time. This will then appear within the Saved Filters section of filter right pane.
You can also change quickly between saved filters by clicking on the filter name to the top of the page.
Note: Only users on paid subscriptions can save filters.
