Within Teamwork, you can filter the comments that have been posted by users to your project.

Click the filters button in the top right to open the advanced filters pane.

Comment type

You can choose to view comments from all areas or filter further down to comments left on specific areas of your project.

Date

When setting the date, you can choose to see results based on when the comment was posted using the set time frames found within the dropdown.

You can also choose to set a custom date range to see which comments were posted within that time frame.





Notified

You can see which comments people were notified of by filtering down by the users in this area.

Select the Include deleted users checkbox to be able to select a deleted user from the dropdown.

Author

You can choose to only show comments that have been written by a specific user or users.

Similarly to the notified filter, you also have the option here to include items from deleted users.



Status

When filtering, you can choose to include both read and unread comments or choose to only see one or the other.

Reordering filters

You can also drag and drop the various areas of the filter to change the layout to your liking.

Saving filters

You can choose to save any filter you have created for use at a later time. This will then appear in the Saved Filters section.

You can also change quickly between saved filters by clicking the filter name to the top of the page.

Note: Only users on paid subscriptions can save filters.
