Within Teamwork Desk, you can quickly print an individual ticket thread.

In the Tickets area of your site, go to the relevant inbox and select the ticket you wish to print to open the individual ticket.

While viewing the individual ticket, click the three dots in the top right of the thread and select Print Ticket from the dropdown menu.

Once the print option is selected, a new browser tab will open with a preview of the printable version of the ticket.

The browser's default print window will open automatically where you can print the ticket. An alternative option available is to save the ticket as a PDF.
