Several Android device manufacturers offer battery-saving features to their customers. These features impact background process happening on the device, which includes notifications.
This may cause notification delays and notification bursts resulting in multiple notifications coming through at one time when the device exits sleep mode.
This is expected behavior for the battery saving features, however it is possible (depending on the device manufacturer) to whitelist an app. Whitelisting an app will prevent notification delays and bursts even while battery saving features are enabled.
To prevent notification delays for Teamwork Desk, you will need to whitelist the Teamwork Desk app on your device.
