Within Teamwork Desk, you can edit or delete existing custom views that have been created on your site.

Manage a custom view

  1. Click Tickets in Teamwork Desk's main navigation menu.
  2. Scroll to the Custom Views section in the left navigation panel.
  3. Hover over the relevant custom view. 
    1. Don't see the custom view? Click the manage icon () on the 'Custom Views' heading's right, then check the box beside the custom view you want to manage.
  4. Click the settings cog () on the custom view's right.
     

     
  5. Click Edit custom view in the preview panel's top right.
  6. Edit the custom view's details (name, description, status, conditions, shared status).
  7. Click Save custom view.

Delete a custom view

  1. Click Tickets in Teamwork Desk's main navigation menu.
  2. Scroll to the Custom Views section in the left navigation panel.
  3. Hover over the relevant custom view. 
    1. Don't see the custom view? Click the manage icon () on the 'Custom Views' heading's right, then check the box beside the custom view you want to manage.
  4. Click the settings cog () on the custom view's right.
  5. Click Edit custom view in the preview panel's top right.
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the custom view's settings.
  7. Click Delete custom view.

📝 If an agent is archived, they are removed automatically from any custom views they were previously referenced in.
