Within Teamwork Desk, you can view a list of the help docs in each individual Help Docs site.

Select the Help Docs tab in the main navigation bar at the top of your site and select the relevant site.

Once selected, you can select to view all articles or ones in individual categories from the left navigation menu. Clicking a category will open a list of all articles within that category and a summary of each article's details.

You can expand and shrink the left navigation pane by dragging the right side of the pane to a new position. Using the arrow at the top of the pane, you can also collapse the pane completely.

Article information displayed in the list view:

  • Title: Name given to the help doc.
  • Status: Shows the status of the help doc - whether it is published on your site, unpublished, or in draft.
  • Relevance: Relevance number that has been set for the doc.
  • Popularity: Based on views over a 24-hour period:
    • Popularity = (NumberOfViewsOnArticle / TotalHelpdocViews) * 100)
  • Author: Original author of the doc.
  • Last updated: When the doc was last updated.


When viewing a list of articles, click the column headings to sort the list by that item type. Selecting the heading a second time will reverse the order.


Click the filters button in the top right of a list of articles to open the filters pane.

You can filter articles based on last updated date, author, or article status.
