Easy Insight is a cloud analytics platform that enables you to connect your cloud apps and create real time dashboards.
Within Easy Insight, you can connect your Teamwork Desk site to report across your tickets.
Once logged into Easy Insight, choose the Connections tab in the top menu.
Select Teamwork Desk from the available connection options.
You will then be prompted to Authorize Access to your Teamwork Desk account. This will require you to enter your Teamwork login details.
If you have multiple Teamwork accounts linked to the same email address, you will have the option to select the appropriate account once you have entered your account name and password.
Following successful authorization, your Teamwork Desk data will synchronize with Easy Insight.
Once complete, you will be able to view pre-built dashboards within Easy Insight.
