Within Teamwork Chat, you can set your status to do not disturb to reduce your notifications for a period of time.

DND (do not disturb) can be set manually or for a set amount of time, during which your Chat notifications will be disabled. 

To update your status to do not disturb, click your profile icon and select Do not disturb from the dropdown menu.

Here you will have a few duration options: 

  • 30 minutes
  • 1 hour
  • 2 hours
  • 4 hours
  • Tomorrow  ( 8.30am the next day )
  • Next week ( 8.30am the next Monday )
  • Manual - active until disabled

Each setting will display a blue banner at the top of your chat screen with the option to Turn off DND. 

When a set time frame is selected, the time that DND will be automatically turned off is also displayed in the banner.

Choosing manual will set your status to DND until you manually turn it off again.
