Within the Teamwork Chat iOS app, you can manage your global and channel-specific notification settings.
To update your global notification preferences, click your profile avatar at the top of the app. This will bring up your profile options menu.
Select the Notifications option from the list. An additional window will open with the available notification settings.
- All messages
- All mentions - @’handle’ /@all /@online
- Only @username mentions - only notifies you in messages where your Chat handle has been directly mentioned in a conversation or channel.
- No messages - no notifications will be sent
Tap the relevant option to update your notification preferences.
While viewing an individual conversation or channel, press the three dots at the top of the screen to open the channel options menu, then select Notification Settings.
In the notification settings pop-up, tap the relevant option to apply it as your notification preference for that specific channel.
You can also manage whether you receive email notifications from Teamwork Chat. Click your profile avatar at the top of the screen to open your profile options menu.
Under Email Notifications, use the toggle to enable or disable emails for your profile.
