Within Teamwork Chat, you can receive chat
notifications via desktop alert, email or push
notifications, depending on your activity
status and which version of the app you are
using.
Desktop
Notifications will be sent to your desktop
when you are logged into Teamwork Chat,
currently active on the site & when a user @mentions or @all is used.
Email
Notifications will be sent via email when you
are away from your machine and not
active.
Push notifications
Push notifications are available through the
iOS and Android apps. You can enable/disable
push notifications in your device's
notification settings.
