Within Teamwork Chat, you can convert existing conversations into channels.
Note: Only conversations with three or more people (including the creator) can be converted to a channel.
When viewing the conversation, click the three dots in the top right of the conversation and select Convert to channel.
In the Convert to channel modal, you can add a channel title and description.
You can also use the Link to Teamwork Project option, which will convert the conversation to a project channel.
You can set the channel visibility to private or public. Users can only access private channels by being added by an administrator. Public channels are searchable and users can join themselves.
Once the channel is created, you will see the channel title in the recent conversations sidebar and also in channel header.
