Within Teamwork Spaces, you can view a list of your required reading via the main navigation bar.
The Required Reading area contains all of your read and unread required readings. When you have unread items, a red notification badge icon will be displayed beside the tab.
The items are grouped by unread, read, and all required readings. A count will be displayed beside each tab to indicate the number of items in that section. In the top right, you can filter the list by space or page title.
Within each tab of the Required Reading area, the items will be grouped by the space they belong to. Select the name of an individual item in the list to view it.
For unread items, you will see a blue unread indicator to the left of the page name. To the right, you will have an option to Read now which will bring you directly to that page.
Note: Only editors of a space will see the option to see who has read the page.
When you view an individual required reading page, you will see an estimated reading time beside the required reading note at the top of the page.
At the bottom of the page content, you will have the option to mark the page as read. If you have previously marked the page as read, you will instead have the option to mark the page as unread.
Once you have read an item, it will move to the Read column in the Required Reading area.
Continuous Reading
When viewing one of your required reading pages, you will see an option for continuous reading at the bottom of the page. When the Automatically advance to next page option is selected, you will be brought to the next required reading once you click Mark as read.
You can disable continuous reading by unchecking the box. When you mark a page as read, you will remain on that page once you click Mark as read.
To quickly view your full required reading list from the current page you're viewing, click the pages to read link at the bottom of the page.
