Within Teamwork.com, you can complete and reopen tasks at any stage.

Completing tasks

Once a task has been created, you will have the option to mark it as complete.

To do this, click the checkmark to the left of the task's name. The checkmark will turn green with a strike through the task name.

You can also complete a task by setting its progress to 100%. If the task already has a progress percentage set, you can quickly update it via the on-hover options. Once the bar is set to 100%, the task will automatically complete.

You can also set the progress while the task is in edit mode. Hover over the task and click the edit pencil to the left of the assignee avatar. Go to the Progress & Time tab to update the progress percentage. Once you click Save Changes, the task will complete.

Note: Collaborators can only set progress on their own tasks because they only have permission to complete tasks assigned to themselves.

Reopening completed tasks

Completed tasks will be moved out of the active tasks section of the task list to a hidden completed tasks section at the bottom of the list.

To view the task list's completed tasks, click the completed count at the bottom of the list. You can then click the green checkmark to the left of the relevant task to reopen it.
