Before you start

Access to Teamwork Spaces is synced to your Teamwork.com site's users and Teamwork.com subscription.

User management

  • Your Teamwork Spaces user count matches the number of paid seats in your main Teamwork.com subscription.
    • The standard users assigned to those paid Teamwork.com seats have automatic access to your Teamwork Spaces site.
  • Teamwork.com owner company site administrators are also marked as administrators in Teamwork Spaces.
  • The Spaces add-on must be purchased for the same number of seats as your main Teamwork.com subscription.
 

Add the Spaces add-on to your Teamwork.com subscription

  1. Log in to your Teamwork.com site.
  2. Click your profile image in Teamwork.com's main navigation menu.
  3. Select Subscription in the pop-out menu.
  4. Click Update Subscription in the Your Teamwork.com Subscription panel. Alternatively, click Create Subscription if you're not already subscribed to Teamwork.com.
  5. Click Current Plan under the plan you're currently subscribed to.
  6. Click the toggle beside Add Spaces in the Order Summary view to include it for your Teamwork.com subscription.
    ⚠️ The add-on price is calculated based on the number of paid seats in your main Teamwork.com subscription. It must be purchased for the same number of paid seats.
  7. Click Continue.
  8. Review your payment card information, contact details, and billing address if necessary.
  9. Check the I have a tax number (VAT no) box under the order summary (if applicable). What's VAT? It's a type of tax. The United States doesn't have it, so it might not sound familiar.
  10. Click Continue.
  11. Review your order summary. The confirmation page details your new subscription cost going forward, as well as the balance due immediately for the changes being made.
  12. Check the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy box. After you've read it, obviously...
  13. Click Purchase Subscription.

📝 Follow the same steps above and toggle off the Spaces add-on to remove it from your Teamwork.com subscription.
