Before you start

This article refers to legacy Teamwork Spaces standalone subscriptions.
📝 If you are subscribed to the Teamwork Spaces add-on (as part of your Teamwork subscription), please visit Teamwork Spaces add-on.

When you make adjustments to your existing subscription:
  • At checkout, you are charged (or credited) a prorated amount, for the remainder of the current billing period, for any additions (or reductions) made (paid seats, add-ons, plan changes). Your new subscription total is also listed. This is your new renewal amount going forward.
  • Your Teamwork Spaces site is updated immediately with the selected paid seat count, subscription plan, and corresponding feature set.

 

Manage your subscription

Manage your subscription's details such as payment plan (monthly or annual), number of paid users, billing details, and tax number.

  1. Click your profile icon in Teamwork Spaces' main navigation menu.
  2. Select Subscription.
  3. Click Change subscription.
  4. Select a plan.
  5. Review and update (if necessary) the number of paid user seats you need going forward in the Seats field. The number of user seats currently active on your site is auto-populated.
    1. Add users: Enter the total user count required going forward (both existing and additional users). Ex. You have 20 users and need to add two more — set your users count to 22.
    2. Remove users: Enter the total user count required going forward (excluding the number of users you want to remove). Ex. You have 15 users and need to remove three — set your users count to 12.
    📝 The Pro plan has a 6-user minimum count.
    📝 The Starter plan includes 5 users. This user count cannot be adjusted up or down. If you subscribed to Starter and need 6 or more users, you'll need to upgrade to Pro to update your user count beyond 5.
  6. Review your Payment Plan and change if necessary:
    1. Billed annually
    2. Billed monthly
  7. Click Continue.
  8. Update your card information, contact details, and billing address if necessary.
  9. Click Continue.
  10. Review your order summary.
  11. Check the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy box.
  12. Click Purchase Subscription.

Your subscription details are updated and take effect immediately. You are charged during the checkout process for any additions made (users are charged pro-rata to cover the additions for the remainder of your current billing period, switching from monthly to annual starts and charges for a new subscription immediately).
 

View your invoice history

View your past invoices from the Subscription settings.

  1. Click your profile icon in Teamwork Spaces' main navigation menu.
  2. Select Subscription.
  3. Scroll to the Invoices section.
Previous invoices for the account are listed here with the invoice issue date, invoice number, subtotal, tax, and total.
💡 Click an invoice date to view a PDF version of the invoice, then use the PDF preview options to download or print a copy of the invoice.

Cancel your subscription

Cancel your legacy Teamwork Spaces subscription from settings.

  1. Click your profile icon in the Teamwork Spaces main navigation menu.
  2. Select Subscription.
  3. Scroll to Cancel account.
  4. Click Cancel account.
  5. Select I still want to delete to proceed.
  6. Review the loss of access information, then click I still want to delete.
  7. Select a reason for deleting your account.
  8. Click Delete Plan to complete the process.
