Within Teamwork.com, you can submit a
request for single sign-on (SSO) to be
activated for your site.
Note: Teamwork.com’s SSO
offering is
part of the paid Advanced Security
add-on which you can purchase
in addition to your Teamwork.com
subscription.
Teamwork.com configuration
You will first need to download your
Identity Provider metadata - an XML file
that describes the Identity Provider that
you set up.
To submit your request, click
your profile avatar in the bottom left of your site and select Settings from the pop-out menu.
In the Settings area, go to
the SSO tab where you
will see an overview of the setup
instructions for Teamwork.com SSO.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to view
the submission form required to send your
SSO details to our security team.
Required details:
- Name and Email - technical point
of contact name.
- Typically somebody technical who
understands how the protocol works
and ideally has set up SSO/SAML
before.
- Attach file - upload your IDP SAML
Metadata file as an attachment.
- This is a metadata.xml file that
contains details about your
configuration.
- Technical details including our
metadata and fields to include are
available at:
- Show this page to your
technical contact.
You can optionally use
the Additional
information field to add more
details to your submission.
Click Send at the bottom
of the form to submit your SSO
request.
Once received, our security team will
enable SSO and the sign-in option will be
made available on your site.

Once SSO has been enabled by our security
team, your users will be presented with
this sign-in option when attempting to
access your Teamwork.com site.
We offer three customization options for
your login page:
