Within Teamwork, you can submit a request for single sign-on (SSO) to be activated for your site.
Note: Teamwork’s SSO offering is part of the paid Advanced Security add-on which you can purchase in addition to your Teamwork subscription.
You will first need to download your Identity Provider metadata - an XML file that describes the Identity Provider that you set up.
To submit your request, click your profile avatar in the top right of your site and select Settings from the dropdown menu.
In the settings area, go to the SSO tab where you will see an overview of the setup instructions for Teamwork SSO.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to view the submission form required to send your SSO details to our security team.

You can optionally use the Additional information field to add more details to your submission.
Click Send at the bottom of the form to submit your SSO request.
Once received, our security team will enable SSO and the sign-in option will be made available on your site.
Once SSO has been enabled by our security team, your users will be presented with this sign-in option when attempting to access your Teamwork site.
We offer three customization options for your login page:
- Dual login (lead with username and
- Dual login (lead with SSO)
- SSO only
