Before you start

Custom reports are accessed from the Reports area.
Only users with appropriate permissions can edit or delete custom reports.

View custom reports

  1. Click Reports in the main navigation.
  2. Select the All tab to view available reports.
  3. Click a report card to open it.

Use the Scheduled tab to view reports configured for scheduled delivery.

Manage custom report columns

Quickly adjust the report's active columns directly in the report using the column menu.
  1. Open the custom report.
  2. Click the (plus) icon on the right of the report's header row.
  3. Toggle off any displayed columns you want to hide.
  4. Click Manage report columns.
  5. Click the (plus) beside each additional column you want to display.

Tip
Click and drag columns to new positions in the Displayed list to reorder. 

Edit a custom report

  1. Open the custom report.
  2. Click the Edit report (pencil) icon in the top right.
  3. Make your changes in the report builder.
  4. Click Update report to save.

In the report builder, you can update the report name, date range and filters, columns, charts, and permissions.

Duplicate a custom report

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Click the three-dot menu on the report card.
  3. Select Duplicate.

Delete a custom report

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Click the three-dot menu on the report card.
  3. Select Delete.
  4. Confirm deletion.

Export a custom report

  1. Open the custom report.
  2. Click Export in the top right.
  3. Select a format:

    • PDF
    • CSV
    • Excel
    • Google Sheets

Schedule a custom report

  1. Open the custom report.
  2. Click the Schedule option in the report actions.
  3. Configure delivery frequency and recipients.
  4. Save your schedule.

Manage report permissions

  1. Open the custom report.
  2. Click the Permissions option in the report actions.
  3. Add users or teams.
  4. Choose the appropriate access level.

Sync report data

  1. Open the custom report.
  2. Click Sync data to refresh the report results.
