Within Teamwork, you can and tasks breakdown panels to your custom dashboards.
Note: The Tasks Breakdown panel is available on paid subscription plans.
These breakdown panels are based on all active tasks across all users on your site, and can be filtered to either active tasks or estimated time.
Depending on which filter you select, it will show the total number and proportion of active tasks/estimated hours that are assigned to each person.
In the My Work area of your site, select the Dashboards tab from the horizontal navigation menu.
When creating or editing a dashboard, you can choose Tasks breakdown from the Panel Type dropdown in the Panels tab.
You can then customize how the breakdown panel should be populated by giving it a name and selecting the default breakdown type.
Once you have created or edited your dashboard, the panel will show you a breakdown of active tasks currently assigned to the users, companies, and teams on your site, along with their percentage distribution.
The panel shows the top five users by default. Using the arrows at the bottom of the panel, you can page through the remaining users.
When you click a user or their tasks/hours total, a quick view pane will open detailing all of the associated tasks.
You can quickly switch between active tasks and estimated time at the top of the panel.
When you click the Expand option to open the panel in expanded view, you can quickly reassign tasks by dragging and dropping the relevant task to another user.
