Within Teamwork, you can see all the changes that have been made to an automation in the automation history. 

Note: Automations can only be viewed, created, and managed by administrators and standard users in the owner company.

While viewing the List area of a project, click the Automate button in the top right to open the Automations modal.

Once an automation has been created, it can be viewed in the Manage Automations tab of the Automations modal.

Hover over an automation card and click View & Edit Automation on the left-hand side. Alternatively, click the options button (three dots) to the right of the automation and select View & Edit.

In the edit automation view, click the History log option in the bottom right.

An Automation history pane will open detailing actions related to the automation such as the creator or creation date. Actions recorded in the history include:

  • Automation creation 
  • Edits to the automation
  • Activation and pausing of the automation 
  • Execution and failure of the automation
    • For both successful and unsuccessful executions of an automation, a direct link will be provided to the relevant task.
