Userback enables you to collect real time user feedback directly from your websites or web apps with screenshots and instant notifications.
Within Userback, you can connect your site to Teamwork and use the integration to create tasks when feedback is submitted.
Note: To set up the integration, you will need your Teamwork site name and API key.
Once you have logged in to your Userback account, go to the Settings area and select the Integrations tab.
Click the three dots on the right of the Teamwork integration card and click Connect.You will then be prompted to enter your Teamwork site name and API Key.
You must enter your full site name including the https://.
- Example: https://yourcompany.teamwork.com.
Once you have entered your site details, click Next.
You can select a project and task list. This is where feedback from Userback will be added. You can also set whether feedback should be submitted to Teamwork manually or automatically. Click Complete Setup to finish.
To remove the link to your Teamwork account, click Deactivate under the Teamwork section of the Userback integrations list.
