Meet your AI Teammates
AI Teammates are designed around specific
roles rather than a single general-purpose
assistant. Each teammate focuses on a
different type of work and offers jobs that
help users review information, generate
updates, or move work forward.
The teammates below are available where AI
Teammates are enabled and assigned to your
user account. Available teammates and jobs can
vary depending on your site, plan,
permissions, and early access
availability.

Scout personal assistant
Scout focuses on personal
productivity
and can help you catch up on changes,
stay on top of updates, and prepare
for
meetings.
Scout includes jobs for different
workflows, from summarizing changes
and inbox activity to preparing
meeting notes and planning your
week.
Scout jobs can include:
- Catch me up: Recaps what has
changed
across your work so you can quickly regain
context.
- Catch me up inbox: Summarizes key
updates from your inbox or notifications
view where available.
- Join my meeting: Can join supported
Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom
meetings and provide a summary and action
items for your review where
available.
- Plan my week: Prioritize tasks and
schedule work around calendar events.
Capabilities may change before general
availability.
Join my meetings
Scout can join supported meetings to generate
meeting summaries and action items for your
review.
- Automatically join supported Google Meet
meetings through your connected
calendar.
- Join Microsoft Teams and Zoom meetings by
using Join a meeting and pasting
the meeting link before the meeting
starts.
- Meeting summaries are shared with
attendees
who are Teamwork.com users in the same
account
as the meeting organizer.
Plan my week
Plan my week creates a realistic
weekly
schedule by fitting your incomplete tasks
around your existing meetings and available
time.
Scout reviews your incomplete
tasks with estimated time, considers your
priorities, due dates, working hours, and
existing calendar, then creates AI time
blocks around your meetings. You can pin,
move, or re-plan scheduled work as your
plans change.

Flo is a project management partner
that can help teams review project

data.
Flo includes jobs for project
workflows, from reviewing project

can review before sharing.
Flo jobs can include:

Jack custom assistant
Jack helps you build custom jobs:
multi-step jobs that follow your own logic
and connect Teamwork.com to the other
tools your team uses. Where Automations
handle everyday rules like "when a task is
completed, move it to this column", Jack
is for work that needs several steps, a
decision along the way, or a connection to
another system.
You build a job visually in an editor,
choosing what starts it and what happens
next. Once the job is switched on, Jack
runs it for you.
What a job is made
of
Triggers. What starts the job. A
job can have one trigger or several. A
trigger can be something that happens in
Teamwork.com (a task is created, a task
moves to another task list, a quote is
accepted, a custom field changes),
something that happens in a connected tool
(a deal is updated in your CRM), a
schedule, a set time before a task's due
date, or you starting the job yourself
from the Jack page.
Actions. The steps the job carries
out. In Teamwork.com, for example: create
a project from a template, set the project
owner, create or update a company, add a
comment to a task. In a connected tool,
for example: create an invoice in Xero,
post to a Slack channel, add a row to a
Google Sheet.
Logic. Conditions, branches and
loops, so a job can check a value before
acting, take different paths, or repeat a
step for each item in a list.
An AI step. Send a prompt to an AI
model and use the response in later steps,
or add an AI agent step that can read and
update your Teamwork.com data as part of
the job. As with all AI output, review the
results before relying on them.
Outputs. A job can post its
results to Jack's Updates tab, the same
way other teammates share their outputs,
or email them to you. Results can also go
straight to a connected tool.
Example jobs
These are examples of the kind of job you
can build, not ready-made features:
- When a deal in HubSpot or Salesforce
reaches "closed won", create a project
from a template, create the client
company in Teamwork.com if it does not
already exist, and set the project
owner.
- Every Friday, list the week's time
entries for a project and post a
summary to a Slack channel, or add the
entries as rows to a Google
Sheet.
- When a task is moved to a task list
called "Ready to invoice", create an
invoice in Xero or QuickBooks and
comment on the task with the invoice
number.
Before you start
- Building a job is more involved than
setting up an automation. Start with
an Automation if a single trigger and
action covers what you need.
- Each tool you connect needs to be
signed in to from within the job
editor. The sign-in steps depend on
the tool.
- Jack's editor is built on Appmixer.
Their documentation covers how to use
the editor, connect a tool and read a
job's run history. Appmixer calls a
job a "flow".
- Jack is available on the Scale,
Optimize and Enterprise plans, where
AI Teammates are enabled and assigned
to your user account.

TeamworkAI is expanding to support additional
areas of work across Teamwork.com.

reflects current plans and may change

Dotty Desk assistant Coming soon
Dotty is an upcoming AI teammate designed to
help teams using Teamwork Desk manage customer
conversations and ticket workflows.
When available, Dotty is expected to
help teams:

Remi resource assistant Coming soon
Remi is an upcoming AI teammate designed to
help teams manage resource planning, capacity,
utilization, and workload balancing.
When available, Remi is expected to
help teams:
