Teammates
AI Teammates are designed around specific
roles rather than a single general-purpose
assistant. Each teammate focuses on a
different type of work and offers jobs that
help users review information, generate
updates, or move work forward.
The teammates below are available where AI
Teammates are enabled and assigned to your
user account. Available teammates and jobs can
vary depending on your site, plan,
permissions, and early access
availability.

Scout focuses on personal
productivity
and can help you catch up on changes,
stay on top of updates, and prepare
for
meetings.
Scout includes jobs for different
workflows, from summarizing changes
and inbox activity to preparing
meeting notes and planning your
week.
Scout jobs can include:
- Catch me up: Recaps what has
changed
across your work so you can quickly regain
context.
- Catch me up inbox: Summarizes key
updates from your inbox or notifications
view where available.
- Join my meeting: Can join supported
Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom
meetings and provide a summary and action

Capabilities may change before general

meetings
Scout can join supported meetings to generate
meeting summaries and action items for your
review.
- Automatically join supported Google Meet
meetings through your connected
calendar.
- Join Microsoft Teams and Zoom meetings by
using Join a meeting and pasting
the meeting link before the meeting
starts.
- Meeting summaries are shared with
attendees
who are Teamwork.com users in the same
account
as the meeting organizer.
Plan my week
Plan my week creates a realistic weekly
schedule by fitting your incomplete tasks
around your existing meetings and available
time.
Scout reviews your incomplete
tasks with estimated time, considers your
priorities, due dates, working hours, and
existing calendar, then creates AI time
blocks around your meetings. You can pin,
move, or re-plan scheduled work as your
plans change.
