Within Teamwork Desk, you can view Teamwork CRM leads and opportunities associated with your customers.

The integration will be activated automatically if your site has both Teamwork Desk and Teamwork CRM enabled.

As long as the contact in CRM exists as a customer within Desk, and has associated deals, you will be able to view these deals via a Desk ticket.

When viewing a ticket in Teamwork Desk, you can expand the Leads or Opportunities section in the right-hand menu of a ticket. Here, you will see any leads or opportunities associated with your customer.

The details included are:
  • Title
  • Value
  • Owner
  • Company
  • Stage
  • Pipeline

Clicking the deal title will open the lead/opportunity within Teamwork CRM.
