Make enables you to automate your
processes and communication between
different applications and services,
transferring and transforming data
without the need for manual
input.
Using Make allows
you to connect Teamwork
Desk to any
service in Make's list of supported apps and services,
allowing you to create
multi-step integrations in
no
time.
Within Make,
you can connect your
Teamwork Desk site to
almost any service
(including REST
services) and build
multi-step
integrations using
your API
key.
Note: To set up this
integration, you will need to use
a V1 API key.
Click your profile icon in the
top right of your site and
select View
Profile from the
dropdown menu.
At the top of your profile area,
select
the API
Keys tab.
Click the green Create an API
key button in the upper
right and select V1 API
Key from the dropdown to
create a new key.
The key will be created automatically
and added to your API Keys list. Go to
the API Keys V1 section of the
list and select the copy icon to the
right of the relevant V1 API
key.
In your Make account, go to the Scenarios tab and click the Create a new scenario button in the top
right.
Click the plus icon in the middle of the
scenario builder view and select Teamwork Desk from the module
list.
A new window will open with a
list of available Teamwork Desk trigger and
action options. Select a trigger from the
list to
proceed to the next step.
If you do not already have a
connection to Teamwork Desk set up,
you will first be shown a connection
modal. Click Add to the
right of the connection field. A
connection creation modal will open
where you can give your connection a
name and paste in your Teamwork Desk
V1 API key.
You will also need to fill out your
domain. If your Teamwork URL is https://yourcompany.teamwork.com/desk,
your domain
is yourcompany.
Once you fill out your connection
details and
click Save, the
connection will be established.
You can then fill out the necessary
properties associated with your chosen
trigger before selecting a second app
to connect with Teamwork Desk.
