Within Teamwork Desk, you can customize the status columns displayed in the inboxes list in the Summary section of the Home area.
Click the customize columns icon at the top of the list of inboxes to open the dropdown of available status columns.
Using the checkboxes, select which statuses you want to be displayed as columns in the list. The list will automatically update as you select or deselect statuses.
You can also customize the order in which the columns are displayed by clicking the Edit option at the top of the dropdown.
Click and drag the icon to the left of a status and drop it to a new location. Columns not currently selected to display in the list view will appear gray, but can still be reordered.
