Within Teamwork Desk, you can view a list of the help docs in each individual help docs site on your account.

Click the Help Docs tab at the top of your site.

In the left sidebar, click the name of the help docs site you want to view, to expand the category options.

When you select a category, or All Articles, you will see a list of all docs within that category, and a summary of each doc's details.

Title: Name given to the help doc

Status: Shows the status of the help doc - whether it is published on your site, or in draft

Relevance: Relevance number that has been set for the doc

Popularity: Based on views over a 24-hour period

  • Popularity = (NumberOfViewsOnArticle / TotalHelpdocViews) * 100)
Author: Original author of the doc

Updated: When the doc was last updated
