Within Teamwork Desk you can use Keyboard shortcuts which can help you to be more productive.

You can use the shortcuts below take control of your tickets and help docs.

When viewing a ticket

Link or add a new task to the ticket

Assign the ticket to an agent

Mark the ticket as active

Mark the ticket as waiting on customer

Mark the ticket as closed

Mark the ticket as spam

Opens up the thread reply box

Opens up the add a note box

Opens up the forward box

Deletes the ticket (don't worry, we will ask you to confirm first)

Move to the previous ticket in your queue

Move to the next ticket in your queue

(command + enter on Mac)
While typing a note or a reply, hit (ctrl/command + enter) to instantly submit
ctrl + shift + u 
(command + shift + u on Mac)
Add an attachment (while typing a note or reply)
ctrl + k
(command + k on Mac)
Insert a link in the ticket reply
shift + c
Create a new ticket
ctrl + shift + s
(command + shift + s on Mac)
Access canned responses (while typing a ticket reply or note)
shift + Esc
Lose cursor focus to allow other shortcuts to be used

When viewing a list of tickets

Note: One or more tickets must be selected using the checkboxes.
