Within Teamwork Desk, you can subscribe to a paid plan via your site settings.

You can subscribe to Teamwork Desk at any point during your trial (ending your free trial in doing so). Once you have started a subscription, you can also change your subscription plan at any time.

Trial period

When you first sign up, you can use Teamwork Desk for a trial period of 30 days. During this period, no charges will be made no matter how many tickets you reply to or how many agents you have.

You can subscribe to a plan or end your trial at any point. Once your trial is over you will be given a few days to choose a plan and enter your credit card details.

Create a subscription

๐Ÿ”‘ Site administrators can manage subscriptions and update billing information.
  1. Click your profile icon in Teamwork Desk's main navigation menu.
  2. Select Subscription.


     
  3. Click Subscribe.



  4. Review your plan options:
    1. Click Current Plan on the plan you're currently trialing.
    2. Click Select on an alternative plan.

  5. Update the Users field with the total number of users you want to be included in your subscription.
  6. Review and update your plan type, billing cycle, and number of additional Help Docs sites as necessary.


     
  7. Click Continue.
  8. Add your card information, contact details, and billing address.

  9. Check the I have a tax number (VAT no) box under the order summary (if applicable). Whatโ€™s VAT? Itโ€™s a type of tax. The United States doesn't have it, so it might not sound familiar.
  10. Click Continue to review and confirm your order. You will be brought to an order confirmation page that displays a summary breakdown of your order on the left.
  11. Review your order summary. This summary includes your new subscription total going forward as well as the amount due now which covers the changes currently being made to your subscription. This is the prorated amount that will be charged immediately to cover the remainder of your current billing cycle.
  12. Check the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy box. 


     
  13. Click Purchase subscription.

Help Docs sites

One free Help Docs site with unlimited articles is included with your subscription. Each additional site you add is charged $20 per month per site.


Billing period

Payment is charged immediately when you subscribe to Teamwork Desk.
  • Monthly: Payment is taken for the first month.
  • Annual: Payment is taken for the full year's subscription. If you adjust your subscription during the year's billing period (ex. add Help Docs sites or agents) results in one-off charges pro-rata from the date of the change until the end of the current billing year.
๐Ÿ“ Stripe is Teamwork's payment processing partner, therefore in some instances, "Stripe" may appear on your credit card statement. This is a legitimate charge from Teamwork.

View invoices

A copy of the most recent invoice is emailed to you at the renewal point in your billing cycle (or when a change is made to the subscription).

You can also access your invoice history from your Subscription settings in Teamwork Desk.

Click View Invoices at the bottom of the subscription summary to view your previous invoices. Click View Invoice beside an individual invoice to open a PDF version of the invoice.
