Within Teamwork Desk, you can resend invites to agents who have not yet accepted.
Agents who have not yet accepted their invite cannot have anything assigned to them, be added to triggers, or be added as a follower on tickets.
Note: Any invite you send will expire after 24 hours.
To resend an invite, go to the People area of your site and select the Agents tab.
You will be able to resend an invite to any user that has not accepted an invitation. The Resend invite option is next to the users email address.
Once completed, a popup will confirm the email has been sent successfully.
