Within Teamwork CRM, a pipeline represents the stages in your sales process, i.e. the step-by-step process your sales representatives go through to convert a prospect into a customer.
Pipelines are broken down into multiple stages. Sales representatives will move leads and opportunities between the relevant stages, depending on their progress within the pipeline.
You can add multiple lead and opportunity pipelines to your site, and you can determine which pipelines and stages to add for your organization.
For each pipeline you create, you will need to define the associated stages and level of probability for each stage.
The probability score allows you to quantify the likelihood of closing a deal, helping you to forecast potential revenue for your business.
The percentage of probability defined at each stage will directly affect your forecast reports.
