Within Teamwork CRM, you can create a shortcut to your home screen on your mobile device or computer using Chrome.
Teamwork CRM is mobile responsive, meaning you can easily interact with your site from your mobile.
Android
When you open Teamwork CRM on your mobile browser, you will see a prompt at the bottom of the screen to Add CRM to Home screen.
Selecting this will prompt you to add CRM to your home screen.
Once added you will be able to quickly access Teamwork CRM from your device.
iOS
When you open Teamwork CRM in Safari on your mobile, click the icon with the upward arrow at the bottom of the browser window.
An options menu will open where you can select Add to Home Screen.
When you select the home screen option, you can update the shortcut name before saving.
Once you click Add in the top right, a shortcut will be created on your mobile device linking to the selected page of your Teamwork CRM site.
Chrome Browser
Whilst using Teamwork CRM in Google Chrome, select the browser options button (three dots) in the top right-hand corner.
Select Install Teamwork CRM from the dropdown menu.
You will then be prompted to create a shortcut to your desktop.
Once created you will be able to quickly access Teamwork CRM from your desktop using the shortcut.
