Uploading a profile photo

You can personalize your profile by adding a custom image instead of the default image that is applied. You may want to add a picture of yourself to make your profile easily recognizable to your team, or you might prefer to use a custom image such as your company logo. Click your avatar and select Settings from the dropdown menu.

In the Personal tab of your settings, click Add Image to choose a custom image from your computer. As soon as you open the selected image, it will be applied to your profile automatically!

Creating your first pipeline

Now things really start to get interesting! Let's take a look at creating your first pipeline so that you can get to work tracking your deals!

One of the most powerful benefits of Teamwork CRM is in how deals are handled. Deals are separated out into leads and opportunities, giving you increased control and allowing you to manage them independently.

To create your first pipeline, head back to your site settings via your profile menu and select Pipelines from the left. You will see that the pipelines area has separate sections for leads and opportunities, meaning you can customize multiple pipelines for leads while having an entirely different pipeline structure for your deals if you wish! You also have one pipeline set up by default in each section to get you started.

To get started creating a pipeline, just click the add button in the relevant section. You can then give your pipeline a name and add any relevant stages to the pipeline based on your sales process. For each stage, you can customize the expected probability of qualification.

You can also use the move icon to the left of each stage to reorder the stages, and click the x on the right to delete a stage.

A quick note here is that deleting a pipeline or one of its stages will delete any associated deals.

Adding some leads

Now that you have a pipeline or two set up, let's jump into the Leads area of your site. You will see a dropdown in the top left which will be populated with any existing lead pipelines on your site. The same applies to the Opportunities area!

Click the green Add lead button in the top right of the Leads area.

In the Add a Lead modal, you will see a few required fields such as title, pipeline, and stage. You can choose to select a company and contact for the lead.
