Within Teamwork CRM, you can duplicate existing companies on your site.

Click the People tab from the main navigation bar at the top of your site and select Companies from the dropdown menu. 




Select the company you would like to duplicate from the list to open the company's profile view.

Click the options menu (three dots) to the right of the company's name and select Duplicate from the dropdown menu. 




You will automatically be taken to the newly copied company. The company name will be appended with (Copy). When multiple copies of the same company are created, a number will also be added to the name.



When duplicating a company, copied company details include: 

  • Company name
  • Email address
  • Phone
  • Address
  • Owner
  • Custom fields 

The creation date for the duplicate company will be that of the date it was duplicated. The creator will be updated to the name of the user who duplicated the company. 

Note: Associated contacts, leads, and opportunities associated with a company are not copied over.
