Within Teamwork Spaces, you can use the quick search box in the navigation bar to search your pages and content.

When you click the search box, a pane will open where you can enter your search term and view the list of results as you type.

To view all results associated with the search, select the view all results option at the bottom of the results list.

You will then see the spaces, pages, and content matching your search. The search term you entered will be highlighted in the text of the results. Using the checkboxes, you can filter your search results by title, content or tag.

You can also use the space dropdown ad the top of the advanced search results to view results associated with an individual space.

Searching within a space
When you are viewing an individual space, the search box will default to search within the space first.

To expand the search to your entire site, uncheck the Search within this space option in the search results dropdown. The results list will automatically update with matches from across your site.
