Within Teamwork.com, you can quickly
view the project items you most recently
interacted with across your projects.
Recent items can be accessed via the
main search in the top left of your
site. When you click the search option, the
search field opens in a slide out panel
listing your recent activity.
Each listed recent item includes the
action taken, corresponding icon, item name,
and when the item was accessed. If an item is
viewed multiple times,
only the most recent view activity is
listed.
Note: The action of deleting an
item is not shown in your recent items
list.

Each item name is a clickable link
and redirects you to the item details
view, allowing you to quickly revisit the
item.
Searching for
items
Typing into the search field
returns matching items across your entire
site,
not specific to your recent activity. A
minimum of two characters is
required in order for a search to be
initiated.
Note: Deleting the search term
brings you back to the recent activity
list.
Using the filter on the right of the
search field allows you to refine your search
to everything, tasks, or projects before
entering your search term.
