timeBro enables you to automatically track activities on your device in real time.
Within timeBro, you can connect your site to Teamwork and use the integration to export time logs to tasks.
You can install timeBro and connect to your Teamwork account here.
Note: A timeBro Enterprise account is required to connect with Teamwork.
During the setup, ensure Teamwork is selected from the list of available integrations and click Continue to Download.
You will then have the option to create a trial account or login to an existing account by entering an account name and password.
After logging in, you will have download options including Windows and Mac. Click Download once you have selected the appropriate version.
Once the download has completed, you can begin the configuration process.
You will need to give timeBro permission to your system to continue with the configuration setup. You can then log into the app using your timeBro account details.
Following a successful login, you will have the option to synchronize your calendar or you can choose to skip this step.
You will then be given a choice to determine at which time intervals your time entries will be created. The options are every 5 or 6 minutes.
Lastly, you can select the automation settings for timeBro.
- Automatic import of all projects - this means that when you create new projects in Teamwork, they will be automatically synced over every 75minutes
- Automatic import of new tasks - this means that when you create new tasks in Teamwork, these will automatically sync every 75 minutes
- Automatic archiving of projects/tasks/activity types - this means when a task or project is archived in teamwork, it will auto archive in Timebro, once it syncs in 75 minute intervals
- Allow creation of local, unsynchronized projects - allowing you to create projects for yourself/your own work which will not sync
If you would prefer to control the sync and intervals yourself, uncheck these options. You can change these settings any time from the preferences area of your timeBro profile.
To connect to Teamwork, select the Projects tab in the top right corner and enter your Teamwork login details.
You can then select the Teamwork account to connect with timeBro. For timeBro to track time across your applications for you, you will need to allow third-party access to your Teamwork products.
Your Teamwork account will then be connected to your timeBro account.
