Set up your notifications
1. Open your preferences
- Click your profile icon in the bottom left corner.
- Select Edit my details.
- Open the Preferences tab.
2. Choose what you are notified about
- Desktop alerts: turn these on to get a pop-up when something important happens.
- Email notifications: choose which emails you get, such as when a task is completed or you are added as a follower.
- Only items I follow: turn this on to cut down notifications to the work you care about.
- Daily Project Report: get a daily summary of activity at a time that suits you.
Save your changes. You can come back and adjust them any time.
3. Check your Inbox
Your notifications also appear in My work > Inbox. Check it during the day to catch mentions and updates.
Get the mobile app
- Download the Teamwork.com app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Sign in with the same details you use on the web.
- Turn on push notifications if you want alerts on your phone.
Use the app to check your tasks, reply to comments and log time when you are away from your desk.
Done when
- Your notification preferences are set the way you want.
- The mobile app is installed and signed in, if you plan to use it.
You have finished the Team Member path. Start each day in My tasks, keep your tasks updated, and log your time as you go.
