Use My tasks to see everything assigned to you across all your projects in one list, so you always know what to work on next.

What
Find your tasks in My work, sort them by due date and decide what to do first.
Why
You do not need to open each project to find your work. Nothing slips because it was in a project you forgot to check.
Who
Anyone who has tasks assigned to them.

This is step 2 of 5 in the Team Member onboarding path. About 5 minutes.

Find your tasks

1. Open My tasks

  1. Select My work in the main navigation.
  2. Open the My tasks tab. You will see every task assigned to you, from every project.

2. Focus on what is due

  1. Sort or group your tasks by due date, so overdue tasks and tasks due today are at the top.
  2. Use filters to narrow the list, for example to one project or to tasks due this week.
  3. Save a filter you use often, so it is one click away next time.

3. Plan your day

Start each day in My tasks. Work through overdue tasks first, then today's, then the rest of the week. If a due date is not realistic, tell your project manager in a comment on the task.

Tip: Use My calendar in My work to see your tasks and events laid out across the week.

Done when

  • You can open My tasks and see what is due today.
  • You have a filter or sort order that shows your priorities first.

Next step: Step 3: Update tasks, add comments and attach files.
