Within Teamwork.com, you can save task lists
as templates to use again later for new
task lists.
In the Table or List area of your project, click
the
three dots to the right of the relevant
task list name and select the Advanced option in the
dropdown menu. Hover over Templates and select Save
as
Template.
Note: Only users with
the manage templates
permission can use the Save
as Template option.

When saving a template, you can:
- Set a template name
- Add a description
- Make the template private to your owner
company only
- Include tasks that have already been
completed

Note: If you are using project-specific tags or custom fields on
tasks, any custom field values currently
applied to the tasks in the task list will
automatically be saved to the template tasks.
These features are available on the per-user
Premium/Grow plans and above.
