Sentry is an application monitoring platform which helps developers diagnose, fix, and optimize code performance.
Within Sentry, you can associate issues with tasks in your connected Teamwork.com account.
Go to the Issues section of your Sentry account and click the relevant error to open the details view.

In the Details tab of the individual issue, go to the Linked Issues section of the right panel.

Under Linked Issues, click the Link Teamwork Issue option.

A modal will open where you can switch between tabs for creating a new task or linking an existing one.
When creating a new Teamwork.com issue, you can select a project and task list, set a task name and assignee, and adjust the description.

In the Link tab, you can select an existing project, task list and corresponding task.

Once you have made your selections in the relevant tab, click Save Changes.
The Linked Issues section will be updated with a link to the attached task in Teamwork.com.
